Meet Our Managing Partner
Steven Brown brings more than 30 years of international experience in executive search, leadership and professional services, working across the UK, Luxembourg, New Zealand and the US.
As a founder, CEO, board advisor and executive search professional, Steven understands leadership decisions from both sides of the table. He has worked with boards, CEOs, senior executives and investors to identify and appoint leaders capable of shaping, transforming and growing organisations.
His approach is grounded in three principles:

Understand the decision. Having sat in the CEO and boardroom chair, Steven understands that appointing a senior leader is about more than filling a role. It is a decision about the future of the organisation.

Look beyond the obvious. His international experience and knowledge of specialist markets provide a broader perspective on where relevant leadership capability can be found.
